Have a nice day.How can I enlarge one piece of a whole picture using adobe photoshop or image ready?
In order to enlarge any picture which fits in your document size window, first you need to increase your canvas size.

To do that go to menu bar and select Image - Canvas Size - chose larger size that you currently have. Then make a selection of the image that you need to enlarge by using (lasso, pen or just Marquee Tool). Once you make a selection Go To Edit - Transform - Scale. Next Grab one of the handles, hold down shift and drag it to your desired size. Hope that this helps. Good luck!
