What is the best way to convert a multiple-page MS Word document into an image for use in Adobe Photoshop CS2?

I have a 2-page Microsoft Word document that I need to convert into an image for use in Photoshop. The Word document contains a table w/ cells %26amp; text. Tried to select all, copy, paste but not everything is pasting into Photoshop. What is the best way to turn the entire document AS IT IS into an image? What is the best way to convert a multiple-page MS Word document into an image for use in Adobe Photoshop CS2?
While you're in Microsoft Word, just save the file as a j-peg or pdf and open it in Photoshop. You may have to save each page separately, I don't think that Photoshop does multiple page documents. You won't be able to edit it in Photoshop but, you will have an image. What is the best way to convert a multiple-page MS Word document into an image for use in Adobe Photoshop CS2?
Best thing would be for you to export the doc as a PDF. Then you can open it Photoshop as a Photoshop PDF File.....when you open it, you will need to choose which page to open, so if you have 10 pages, you'll need to open it 10 times, and choose the respective page you want opened.

THEN, you can save the file into any format you need really - JPEG for web, TIF or PSD for print!
