Photoshop!?

I see people always using the tool that suposedly helps your skin look better but every time i try to use it it never comes out the way like when the other people do it. Any help on maybe what im doing wrong?

First of all, I welcome you to today's world rather you being surviving in Ice Age by using such an old version of Photoshop. You should atleast upgrade yourself to version 7 or Photoshop CS 2. To change the skin color to fairer you need to use ';Dodge Tool';. The shortcut to get the dodge tool is (O). This will make your skin look better. BUt you should know how to use the tool with smooth hands else the outcome would be very different and bad.Photoshop!?
your not doing nothing wrong you just need to practice with all the tools mess around, an sooner or later you will get it
you really should try adobe cs2 or cs3 I prefer using Cs2 but i have all of the Cs3 equipment such as reader and others.
